Eliminating Flabby Expressions

Now, you may be wondering, what is a flabby expression?

A flabby expression is the extra words that prevent your writing from being clear, and having a professional sound.

Usually, a flabby sentence can be corrected with one concise word. I have bolded the flabby expressions, and concise words to make it easier to understand.

Example of a sentence with a flabby expression: I will meet you at a later date.

Concise: I will meet you later
