Getting Rid of there is/are and it is/was Fillers

A lot of times when you see the words there is/are and it is/was in a sentence, there are just unnecessary filters.

These fillers don't just take up space, they also delay us from getting to the main point of the sentence. Not every sentence can be revised so that the filler is no longer needed, however most can.

The following is a table showing wordy sentences with a filler, which are then revised into concise, clear sentences:
