How to be Concise in Writing

1) Use less words -depending on your audience, pick and chose the words you decide to use. keep it short and simple when it comes to writing about anything business related because more likely the audience just wants the direct information. 

2) Stay on topic - Try to only talk about the topic on hand, instead of going off topic, as that leads the audience away from the main message being conveyed.

3) Use diagrams and Charts - Charts and diagrams can be used instead of words, a picture can a lot more effective than just words.

4) Bullet points or numbered list - Bullet points or a numbered list is a very concise and effective way of expressing the information.
